Description
Cubitus Grand Date, ref. 5822P-001
Patek Philippe introduced the 5822P from the new Cubitus collection in October 2024, an elegant fusion of technical mastery and sophisticated design. Featuring an instantaneous grand date, day, and moon phase display, this watch introduces a brand-new movement, the caliber 240 PS CI J LU, based on the ultra-thin self-winding 240 caliber.
With six new patent applications focusing on precision and energy efficiency, the 5822P offers simultaneous 18-millisecond jumps for its complications. The grand date sits at 12 o’clock in a twin aperture, while the day and moon-phase display is positioned at 7 o’clock.
The platinum case measures 45mm and has a blend of polished and satin-brushed finishes, complementing its sleek, modern profile. A transparent sapphire crystal case-back reveals the intricate movement, complete with a 22K gold mini-rotor. The blue sunburst dial features luminescent white gold hour markers and hands.
The 5822P comes with a navy blue composite strap and a matching pair of cufflinks that mirror the watch’s bold design.
To mark the birth of its new Cubitus collection embodying a unique blend of boldness and elegance, Patek Philippe unveils an all-new model featuring novel displays combining instantaneous grand date, day and moon-phase indications.
